margarine91 @ymkbunny Hello, I noticed that therr has been a case opened for the necklace that I sent to you. I am sorry to hear that it arrived damaged. It must have happened while it was in transit by the post office :( Once Poshmark reviews the case and gives a refund, feel free to purchase another one. On top of the bubble wrap already placed, I will put an extra layer of bubble wrap to ensure no damage occurs.
