prunella17 Thanks for accepting offer-I needed to treat myself, as I just fell trying to do some fall clean-up in my sisters yard. I have been making fabric necklaces-making a version of some $90 ones we saw in boutiques on vacation. They are made with lots of loops using hair elastics similar to "Fiddlesticks" brand. Also working with Herkimers.

I’ve found that MSM supplements help joint pain, reduce inflammation, speed up recover from muscle injury, improve skin health and boost immunity. You can always look it up on google. prunella17 @beautyfashions Thanks for help-I take Glocosamine/Chrondrotin 2xday, plus tumeric & magnesium at night-Been in health care for 50 yrs, so now the bones are feeling my age! But have to keep going!

beautyfashions @prunella17 Curcumin extract is said to be 10x stronger than turmeric powder. Curcumin is what makes turmeric so great! 🙂 I get mine from puritanspride.com Item number #21681 There’s also liquid calcium which is easier for the body to absorb. It just tastes like chalk but if it works... Might be worth it?
