Thanks for accepting offer-I needed to treat myself, as I just fell trying to do some fall clean-up in my sisters yard.
I have been making fabric necklaces-making a version of some $90 ones we saw in boutiques on vacation. They are made with lots of loops using hair elastics similar to "Fiddlesticks" brand. Also working with Herkimers.

@beautyfashions Thanks for help-I take Glocosamine/Chrondrotin 2xday, plus tumeric & magnesium at night-Been in health care for 50 yrs, so now the bones are feeling my age! But have to keep going!

@prunella17 Curcumin extract is said to be 10x stronger than turmeric powder. Curcumin is what makes turmeric so great! 🙂 I get mine from puritanspride.com Item number #21681
There’s also liquid calcium which is easier for the body to absorb. It just tastes like chalk but if it works... Might be worth it?
