@merlekb hello l just receive a pair of boots that l ordered the seller listed size 10 but l got them today and they are a size 9 or European 40
I need to return but have no idea how to do that for a full refund. Can you help me Sue

@nasusi Hi Sue, As long as you have not accepted the purchase yet, You need to go to your Purchases Tab, Scroll to the bottom of the page to Problem/Order Inquiry. Click on that Tab and it will bring you to the Order Inquiry page. Choose the Order Not as Described Tab, fill out your info and explain the situation and submit. Someone from Poshmark will get back to you. Good luck!

@merlekb hi l did receive the order today . When l opened the box l saw they where size European 40 ....wrong size ...how can l return to seller for full refund

@nasusi Once you send the info to Poshmark they will let you know what to do. They will investigate the matter and send you a return label....
