erintuthill I received the “new” slippers and accepted them. I gave them as a gift and we discovered that they had severely corroded batteries in them which left one of the slippers not working. These are worthless now and I’m out the money. Disappointed!

angelhair606 @lotsgonon It looks as if you have to do it from your end. They’ll probably send me an email and I’ll approve the cancellation. These are the directions. 1. In the app, select the Account Tab (@username), or on the web, select your profile picture at the top-right of the page 2. Select My Purchases. 3. Select the order. 4. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. 5. Select Accidental Purchase. 6. Select Yes, cancel.
