Im so Glad you liked the bracelet!! Sorry it took a little long to ship. I'm a full time RN in the Emergency Department which means I work about 50 hrs a week lol, and I also have 6 month old twins who are thank goodness finally on a sleeping schedule but non the less wild lol.

Hey girl I can't find that dang ring anywhere!!! I think my dog seriously may have taken it somewhere (he loves jewelry he really does steal jewelry I think bc it's shiny, he already stole my wedding band when I was in the shower he crazy) but if I can't find it by tomorrow do you wanna pick something else? Sorry for delay shipment, I have ship it out on 1/9/17 dropped in the post office with clerk. Same time I had two n one departed without any problem but somehow yours don't have any trace. I will contact with office n let you know update asap.

@sugar6969 USPS tracking info is incorrect n customer service is horrible as well, I spent over an hour yesterday n two different people telling me incorrect info n phone disconnected after getting all the details info from me n don't enough bother to call me back or email:(((, I also have requested to investigate on this shipment online therefore should get something hopefully soon! Be patient! Meanwhile pls let me know when the shipment arrive!

@sugar6969 sorry I'm still waiting for a response from the post office investigating dept. the tracking from the USPS website said arrived on 1/7 totally incorrect info, someone really messed up. Be patient I'm waiting too, meantime if the package arrive let me know, the package have your correct addryso should arrive anytime.

@sugar6969 I took a picture of the label before I sent. They got everything incorrect in the system. The label USPS I have is 9405510899359206713257 this is what posh provided and used. Now if you look at they posh system someone manually inputted incorrect USPS tracking# which I have sent them message already. Meanwhile you can request a refund from posh, maybe the mail is lost too, I still haven't received anything from USPS dept. Feel free to do as your wish. Thanks for being patience!

Finally Poshmark solved the issue. Apparently said I have accidentally duplicated the previous shipping label n went to incorrect address therefore they have contacted the previous customer a new label to reship to you so pls be little more patience!

@sugar6969 sorry I thought Poshmark already reached out to you n refunded for the the bracelet. If not you need to contact Poshmark. Apparently person who received your bracelet n given a new label to send directly to your address from Poshmark but not doing so therefore myself or Poshmark, we did all we can. I have blocked her (coffee41 by name Lucia B) after I send her kindl message for new label info to tracking your shipment n no reply
