sugarstrawberry @wendyzeee well, there is wear like cracking/wrinkled leather as well as some scratches/digs in the leather. I contacted Posh Support to see a way around opening a case but they told me to open one. In the event of a return, sure I will also return the gifts, no problem.

wendyzeee @sugarstrawberry the coated cotton is supposed to be like that. It was brand new when I bought it and I only used it once. It was the style they made at that time. I will gladly take it back and am sorry 😐. I wanted you to be excited and see the little duck peeking out at you! 😥

sugarstrawberry @wendyzeee I understand about the coated cotton, that's what I love about these purses. It is a gorgeous bag. The flaws were on the leather unfortunately... Maybe from storage. But I did think the gifts were a nice touch.

wendyzeee @sugarstrawberry I'm sorry. I am just sick about this. I am an honest seller and I think I may quit Poshmark because of this. This just makes me so upset. There is hardly any leather on the bag, that's what I don't understand. And it was originally almost $200 and you got it for $38. Just send it back and I'll keep it.

sugarstrawberry @wendyzeee the little leather that is on the handbag has the flaws I mentioned, yes. As I said, possibly from storage. It was a good deal, but I thought it would be in "like new" condition and it wasn't (in my opinion, due to the flaws in the leather). Anyway, I don't think this will show up in your stats, as I will not rate the transaction so no worries.
