I sent the wrong color dress to a buyer but I sent the corrrect dress this morning with my deepest apologies... do I wait til the buyer receive both dresses for a return.. I have no idea what to do.. I emailed poshmark right away when I noticed the dress was wrong..

jessicalina422 @sukii316 I have never had that issue but it is best to wait for a response first. I would have told the buyer what happened and waited for them to get the item before sending additional packages. The same label can not be used twice and can risk item being lost or untraceable. If you paid for shipping on your own also tell them that, with tracking number. They are very good with resolving issues. I am sorry I can not help more.

elizabethritt Hi lovey💋 I’m a Posh Ambassador. I know you’re still new so I’ll give you some advice. Make sure you share your own items to your followers frequently. Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet 😮. And when you share other Poshers items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. 😊
