jackiesulkala1 @busygirl88 ok just tried a tutorial on YouTube and found out that you switched one of the colors. Verve is supposed to a silvery white color but you switched it with a brown. Contacting poshmark to get my money back.

jackiesulkala1 @busygirl88 look at verve in your photos. It's silvery-white color. I received a brown color. I don't know your reason but I know you switched them. Evidence is there

busygirl88 @jackiesulkala1 The pictures that are up are the exact same thing that I sent you. I only owned one Naked pallet, I couldn't switch it if I tried to. Sounds a little more like someone trying to get a product AND keep their money to me. I can promise you that I have not changed anything to that pallet.

jackiesulkala1 @busygirl88 nope I checked online at photos of it and your pallet does not match what I received at all. Now that I'm noticing a few of the colors are switched around and loose which is not what it's supposed to be. If i wanted a free product from you I would've reported you earlier. Just found out today because I was doing a tutorial

But if you truly are not happy with your item, I'm more than happy for Posh to return your money. I'm not about drama or bad business, & I'm certainly no scammer. busygirl88 @jackiesulkala1 I didn't switch them. Again, I would have no reason to do so. I'm not going to say I did something that I simply did not do. I've even said I had no problem giving you your money back if you weren't happy. I really don't know what else I can do.

jackiesulkala1 @busygirl88 okay, I just looked at the picture you posted and what I received and it may have been the lighting too I'm not quite sure. But I googled what the pallet should look like and some of the colors are switched and it doesn't look legit. Did you buy it through urban decay or somewhere else? Because if you didn't know maybe u got ripped off too and didn't know.

jackiesulkala1 @busygirl88 I'm sorry for being so rude earlier, I honestly thought you switched the colors but now that I took a picture of it, the colors look much different in the photo than in person. But I think whoever sold you this pallet might have ripped you off because the last four colors are not what shows up on Google for some reason! You don't have to send me a check I believe you that you didn't alter it, but I would check google if I were you to see what I'm talking about

I actually bought it at Sephora, so unless someone, somehow switched one there...but that would be unlikely I would think. I understand you being upset when you thought I had altered it. Thanks
