tinacompton265 Hi Summer! I want you to know I have been following your pkg. I mailed it on 12-9 @ 2:59 pm. Not yet tracking. I’ve called the postal center 2 times. They assured me it is in the USPS. If I don’t hear from them or see a tracking number by tomorrow, I would please ask you to file a claim with the USPS! Don’t worry! That just makes them work harder to find it! I bought a coat and it took me 3 weeks to get it. COVID mail takes priority over other mail! Sorry for the delay. Tina

tinacompton265 Good evening! So you’ll know how the follow up with a “Posh” purchase, here’s what you do! Look for your order! You should get a tracking number on your order. Write down the tracking number. Call the US Postal Service, give them the tracking number, get the person’s name who you talk with.

tinacompton265 I’m in the car, let me get home and pull your purchase date and the receipt when I took it to the post office. I’ll get back to you tonight! It’s Posh’s policy, if a package gets lost in the mail, you would be reimbursed and Posh would pay me! After 2 yes of Poshing I just learned this. But you would have to file a claim with the postal service. I’m so very sorry this is happening. It just happened to me on a purchase too. I think it took me 3 weeks for a 2- day delivery! Tina

tinacompton265 summeervb10 Traced pkg from drop off til its location as of now. It looks like its doing the same as my pkg several weeks ago. If I were you tomorrow, I would call the USPS 1-800-877-8339 - tracking # in hand & tell them it was mailed on 12-9 shipping label was being made then. Ask them tofollow up for you & tell you where it is now. Be sure to specify it was a Priority Mail 2-Day pkg. Get USPS Rep. Name. I had to call 2 times to get the pkg moving. USPS said it was COVID & Xmas! Tina
