srcrow8 @myredshoelace Hey it says my package was delivered but I think they sent it to the wrong address it never showed. It says it was delivered to a different zip code. I don't know what to do!

myredshoelace @srcrow8 ok, I will contact poshmark, or you can through the orders/problem inquiries tab. It should have delivered to whatever address you have in your account. Double check and make sure that it's correct, because for sellers it automatically sends us the label based on the info the buyer enters when they make an account. I will send an email to them now

srcrow8 @myredshoelace Yes I double checked and it is correct. I sent one already and emailed the postal service. It says it was delivered to the front desk lol. So I don't know what they were doing but I definitely don't live at an office! I hope they can find it cause that stinks!

myredshoelace @srcrow8 oh my goodness, that's crazy!! It's a post office screw up. They do have insurance, but I would hate for them to be lost! 😭 let's just wait and see what they say tomorrow. 😕

srcrow8 @myredshoelace So postmark emailed me back telling me to ask my neighbors and check around my house for it 😑. I told them it was mailed to a totally different zip code and said it was delivered to a front desk/ reception and I don't live at an office. I have not heard back from them or the postal service. Will reach out again tomorrow. Just keeping you updated.

myredshoelace @srcrow8 oh brother!! What about the post office? Have they been responsive at all? I'm so sorry..I'm hoping they are still going to find you. Still baffled as to how they managed to sendto another zip code. have you tried looking the zip up? Is it in your area or another state all together?

myredshoelace @srcrow8 That front desk could mean an apartment building. I lived in a complex where packages would be left at the front office for us to pick up. Any near you?

srcrow8 @myredshoelace The zip code is on the north west side of conroe, I live on the south east. So across town. No one has gotten back to me from the post office so I'm going to call tomorrow see if I can't get someone to help me.
