jenn4961 hi I have a question for you I got an email saying that I wasn't responding email that I've gotten and I'm assuming that's the one where you rate the people that you speak to but I did it asked you for the Stars and then why you gave them that rating and what you thought they should get and then I hit submit I thought I did it right maybe I did something wrong? and I feel bad because everybody has been so nice to me and made me feel welcome
