Hi Joyce,
I hope this will clarify,
I had two of the exact same tops for sale in my closet. You purchased the Brand new one with tags with the above offer. The one you liked today that is still left in my closet is the pre-owned/used one., the same shirt different condition because its used.
You paid $11+4.99=15.99 for a brand new shirt.
The one still in my shop is $9+$7.11=$16.11 total for purchase and it is the used one.

I think you paid full shipping price. I don't recall what or if it was you or I who had made the offer originally. I can't seem to find that information now. If you want file a report. I am sorry you feel you paid too much. Not sure how to refund you this $2.12.
