klerro1021 Hi, I was curious if you had a problem collecting your money from @hlchloe. I noticed that you also sold her something to her PO Box like me. I have reached out to her several times and to Poshmark. No response from her, but Poshmark said I have to wait till the 18. Did she accept your purchase? Thank you so much.

sunniowens @klerro1021 , I'm having issues with that too. Mine was delivered on the 10th. I also contacted Posh and they gave it until today (17th) to pick up. Nothing yet. I read where some post offices can be harder to contact or receive info. Maybe she was delayed with the weather if she travels. I'll let you know what happens on this end. Thanks for reaching out. klerro1021 @sunniowens thanks for responding so quickly ☺️ I’m thinking it’s a scam. She can go pick it up and not have to accept it because it never said it was delivered on our end. Hence she does have to accept it😫 I think once a package is delivered to a PO Box it should say delivered that way after the 3 days we get our money. Poshmark really needs to change their policy on this. Especially since we’ve reached out to her and have gotten no reply. So frustrating 🤬 I’ll keep you posted too on my end!

sunniowens @klerro1021 , I agree, hopefully Posh will correct that on their end. Once it's delivered, regardless if it's a PO Box, it should be treated the same as any address time wise. I noticed she bought a pretty green Talbots jacket from you. She bought my Talbots matching green trench to match. Thank you for your shares. Your closet is lovely. You've put a lot of work into it.

sunniowens @klerro1021, Good Morning. Posh reached back out to me and updated the shipping status for that package to "delivered". Not sure if they deduct the funds if package is returned. Not sure how that would work, if they would then deduct those funds if package is returned however, it still took time to ready the item and pack/ ship, not to mention loss of opportunity from it being off the listing page for that amount of time. I'm curious how all of that is handled and managed.

klerro1021 @sunniowens Good morning to you to from snowy Pennsylvania 😫 I literally just emailed them, so I’m sure they will tell me the same thing as you. I wonder since it changed to delivered, will it then go to pending acceptance? I wrote a scathing letter to them and told them how unhappy we both were. I cannot believe a company this huge, that just went IPO on the stock market has no one to talk to so that we can resolve this is in a timely manner. It is nuts! I’m so frustrated!

sunniowens @klerro1021, It is frustrating. I'm guessing they are learning as they go since this is growing so fast for them. I can't imagine all the legal hurdles they must have to try and navigate to keep everyone safe selling on this platform. Unfortunately, some will take advantage of things & Posh has to handle it as best as possible. I'm not sure what happened in this case, there could be a customer delay because of weather issues etc, a note or acknowledgement from the buyer would have helped.

sunniowens I'm glad Posh responded fairly quick. Much better than other platforms I'm told. They responded to both of my emails the next day, and although frustrated, it was encouraging to know they were paying attention. Hopefully, they will be able to reevaluate guidelines for PO Box deliveries. Good luck!!! :)
