But i said that they were UNAUTHORIZED in the comments but then again i can't expect you to read them haha. But i also said "No returns" in my listing. But again, very sorry for the confusion. hypedkloset_20 Hi, I hope your day is going well, I believe you are probably upset or frustrated with the poor shipment service your item experiencing and believe me, I’m just as upset and frustrated as you probably are, as seller my priority is to ship all orders on time specially around these times as a lot of my buyers are ordering their items for Christmas present.

hypedkloset_20 I ship all orders same day or next business day expecting that that will speed up the delivery time but unfortunately it’s not the same stories with the carriers right now, almost all orders are suffering some inaceptable delays and the carriers keep using same excuses such as “it’s due to the COVID 19 issue and the high volume or shipments they experiencing” I have lots of buyers getting upset and all I can say is that I am deeply sorry for this inconvenience.

hypedkloset_20 as you might know, once I ship the item out it’s not longer my end to handle the delivery and the speed, it’s on the carrier but sadly things are not being handled as expected with them. I personally have suffered from this issue, I have several packages that was supposed to deliver and bother is coming in FOR WEEKS!

hypedkloset_20 I keep calling trying to push my buyers orders forward but it’s suck a nightmare right now with the carriers, specially USPS, all I can tell you is to please be a little more patient, your item is not lost and I pray that it gets there before Christmas.
