I am packaging up your UGGs and just noticed a problem with them. There is a “bald spot” of fur by the seam that I didn’t notice. I’m so sorry. We can cancel your order or you can take them for $15?? I can try to send you a picture of the defect. I’m new to this and just figuring things out as I go!
