rockycash Hi Sunny... Thank you, as well, for the shares and following. Our family is downsizing and have been selling for a couple of years. I learn something new everyday. If you have questions, we will try to answer them. The key is to share and follow as many Poshers as possible. This opens your closet to viewing by all of their followers. rockycash @sunny_sparrow Hi Sunny... Beware of anyone who asks you to e-mail them. Tell them you only work within the guidelines of Poshmark & will only correspond on Poshmark. You are protected & guaranteed payment through Poshmark only. It is also against the rules. It is nice to look for new Poshers in the "Find People" (who are starting out like you) & "Posh Ambassadors"(who have established a large following). Follow and share their items and it gets you more followers to see your items.Read the FAQ

my79ta17 Another helpful hint. I join all the parties and share the items in the parties. This will gain you followers as well as people to follow and shares to your closet. When I started a year ago 2/26, I was told to follow as many people and to share my own closet as well as others. Best of luck to you!

This app is seriously addicting, but at least it's replacing my previous shopping addiction. I've also finally gotten down to decluttering my closet and I still have lots to get to. I have so much respect for how much work goes into actually listing and trying to sell. Who knew? XD

I work about 45 hours/wk on my real job, and about 80 (at least) on here....then I still have to find time to take care of this house and work o rebuilding the other one. This whole setting up items, sharing and then responding to people is a lot of work....and just wait until you get an offer that is like 25% of your asking price. People who don't sell, don't know what we go thru. Have a great weekend....sure I will see you during, if not before....lol

lkoriou @sunny_sparrow it does take work, but gets easier as you get a hang of it (literally and metaphorically). Once you have a nice spot, a favorite hanger, get good light it will be easier. Also, if items are newer, it is always a good idea to check for stock images of clothes. Your own pics are still often more informative, but stock photos do show models and how an item fits on a person. So it also helps.

lkoriou @sunny_sparrow also, don’t despair. An excitement of getting a Host Pick can be quickly replaced with disappointment when a host pick stays sitting in a closet for a while. Seasonality plays a big role, so does some luck, and whatever algorithm that Posh is using. I’m thinking about cap boots here. Now people are thinking about sandals rather than boots. But in August your cap toes will fly off the shelf. 💕
