phelpster75 @susan_watson I don't have the money yet. Poshmark holds it until you accept it. The post office sent it back after 3 attempts. I should have it today and planned to reship it today. I'll match the address you posted to see if it's the same one that was an issue at delivery

phelpster75 @susan_watson Hello! I am so very sorry but my postman delivered the returned package to the wrong address and now the people won't give it back. I will unfortunately have to cancel the sale. I am so very sorry. It's been a huge ordeal and they can't get me the package back. susan_watson @kasscott93 There is excessive wear damage right in the inseam & behind it. I sent a picture. I wouldn't even be able to make shorts out of the jeans due to the area were it worn in the material of the jeans.

susan_watson @kasscott93 Well I'm not going to argue, maybe U sent the wrong jeans or something? And I'm not accusing U of anything, I'm just simply following the steps in rating the item just as it asks me to do... All I've done was open the nice package, pull the jean out of the ziplock bag that they were in, unfolded them & was plainly/immediately able to see the excessive wear areas of which r on "both" inner thighs, the inseam! I have no reason to lie about what I received.

lizbeth986 Hey there, I swear those shoes I sent you were a 10. Because those were a 10 and my other blue sperry ones are a 9.5. You could have told poshmark there was a problem with the shoes and had them sent back to me? I'm not sure why you say you couldn't do that because it's a very very easy process to dispute something you are unhappy with...but I'm 100% positive they were a 10.

susan_watson @lizbeth986 Please know that the size of these shoes r not a size 10; they are a size 9.5. I looked 3 times. Ur right, accepting/declining is easy; however, after I clicked on "problem/inquiry" for some reason it said order accepted. Look don't sweat this, I can probably find a little boy that wears this size & pay it forward! I was just disappointed cause my grandson is wearingthese darn light colored Sperrys that r getting old/dirty. Please know that it's ok, they are really nice shoes!

If u'd like, I'll go back & change it cause they r nice shoes plus I'm sure that I can find a child in the size that may need them that's just how I am.
