Susan, I just wanted to let you know that I a problem with the bracelet that you purchased from me. While printing out shipping label I printed out the wrong label and sent it to someone else by accident. I have notified Posh of my error via email and I've given them all the info. I know who it went to and I have informed Posh of that. I'm sorry if this has caused any inconvenience. I hope that I can get this back to you ASAP. If not you are protected by POSH.

Hi Susan,
I just wanted to update you on the status of you order. I have sent three emails to Posh and I hope I hear something today. I also contacted the person that I inadvertently sent the bracelet to and as is Saturday she has not received it. In any case Posh site is still asking me to send and if I don't the order is cancelled and you are refunded. I'll keep you posted

should be in my post box when I return. My only concern is that I've ask her for the tracking number three times and have not received it from her. No any case if I don't have it I will tell Posh to refund your money.

Hi! I just wanted to inform you that I dropped the kate spade purse off at the post office 2 days ago and I noticed today it still hadn't been scanned. I searched the tracking # and it said it wasn't in the system so I called & stopped at the post office. I was told they were gonna look for the package & talk to the man who would have handled it. They can't locate it but they are searching for it. They are sure they will find it & if they cannot you would be able to have a refund!

I also have insurance on it too so I will reimbursed with the money I would lose. I have been selling things on posh for nearly two years and this has never happened! I'm so sorry for any inconvenience I am also very frustrated but hopefully it will be located and on it's way to your doorstep! Have a good evening!
