smluxuryhome @msturk67 Whatever..they said I should ask for the measurements..the shoe was 9 inches long by 2 inches wide..try getting a size ten into that. Size 10 shoe measures 10.5" long by 3.5 wide. They have tables with all of the shoe measurements for standard US sizing.

Idk if she's lying after impulse buys or if her neighbor or usps driver smokes (took over4 days to accept so box cldve been sitting in a hallway or near a neighbor's patio). spirit_calls The possibility is very small but still there so I've been questioning it half the time& feeling guilty the other half. But the other problem she had was that I called it a "purse" when she says it is "NOT a purse" bc it's a "fabric tote bag" like she thought i was a big retailer who needs to know all retail lingo. I googled it and it seems that all tote bags are "purses" but not all purses are totes. And "purse" is just an old fashioned interchangeable term for "bag". That claim was bizarre lol

My photos could not have been more clear...they were well lit and show everything. Loopydoopy lady needs to stop shopping when she's drunk or on her meds. Impulse purchases happen to everyone but blaming the seller is absurd. Do people need to claim there are problems with an item for pm to approve a return?
