jobrien3 hi susan, i am very sorry that you were unhappy with the Ralph Lauren sweater set you purchased. I mentioned pilling in the description and the closeups show it, so I am not sure how I could have communicated better, but am so unhappy that you were disappointed. there was no reason to throw it in the trash, you could have either used a pill comb or taken it to your dry cleaner. i would have taken it back if you were that unhappy, you could have just contacted me!

clothingcupid Hey Susan, I just wanted to apologize that the item I sent you showed up smelling like mold and that you had to deal with that. When I mailed it out I can guaranty it did not have this problem. I believe that due to the crazy weather it may of some how been affected in the mailing process. I am planning on packaging all my items in plastic in the future to prevent this from ever happening again. If there is anything I can do please let me know, once again my apologies.
