I used tide free and bounce to wash the diaper bag on cold wash and hung dry. I have allergies too and tide free doesn’t break anyone out. The diaper bag was not crumpled and it’s over $200 and used maybe a month. If you don’t want it then send back. I can get well over $20 for it if you are displeased. Complaints seem petty and unnecessary .
