susanhb @california1210 I wrote you earlier before submitting a return claim... when you get the bag back, you'll see that there are significant cracks in the leather on both ends of the strap, as well as stitching coming undone near the hardware. I don't know how you measured to come up with 20" for your description but side to side of the bag measures 14" and it was described as large :-(. I'm sure it will sell properly described...
