Here’s what they says: The buyer did not file a formal return case fir the order within the given time frame, therefore funds were automatically released. That action cannot be reversed. However, if the buyer has further inquiries about the order, please inform them to reach out to us for further assistance. I’d recommend trying to open a case on your end. I’ll be happy to accept return.
