@susiem55 Good afternoon. You purchased the NWT Jessica Howard 12 pink dress jeweled dress from me on Saturday. Today I got an email reminding me to ship the item out. To my knowledge, I packed and shipped it on Monday, but it doesn't show up in USPS as tracking yet. I have called my post office to see if they can help me. I will call again tomorrow. My history on my computer even shows the label was downloaded. I apologize and I am trying to get to the bottom of this for you. Thanks, Julie

I spoke with the postmaster today. There is absolutely no tracking on the package. Somehow it got lost. I have looked in my car and in my office and the postal worker doesnt have it. I am going to contact Poshmark to see what the best course of action is. I want you to get your money back. Thanks so much for being such a pleasant person to deal with. I will keep you informed. @peninsulaposh oh that’s a shame, it was such a lovely dress! Maybe it will still show up, you never know. I ordered a large item from eBay a few weeks ago, and it wasn’t tracking, but I did end up receiving it about two weeks later than it was supposed to arrive. Please know that if it does show up I will certainly let you know, and if it’s after I’m refunded I will pay you again.

@susiem55 heard back from Poshmark. They tell me that if the package does not start tracking by May 11, I should contact them and we will go from there. I apologize once again for this inconvenience!!! Julie
