@setracy OK no problem I tried to come at bat I just won’t let me do anything but I know they have a guarantee but that’s it. I never have sold anything on Poshmark. How are you been afraid to because I don’t think you really make any money but thank you.

@setracy that is so sad I usually just bundle and look and see what you have. I’m sorry you’re having such bad luck and this particular stuff I am in love with and buy pieces all the time I have never had an issue like this ever.

@setracy I have people that I have other pieces to sell. I have someone that has a picture in a bowl but I cannot buy it unless I get this straight.. I even cut my hand opening the box because the pieces are so sharp. And I thought Poshmark would’ve already replied to this I don’t understand why they have not.

I am so sorry you cut yourself. I had it in a second box inside the outside box, along with bubble wrap so I am not sure why this happened.
I accepted the return. You should be getting a return label. PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF SENDING BACK. Just accept that it is sent and then I will take any steps left from there. I have my email up to see the response from Poshmark but nothing yet.

@setracy unfortunately, since fragile, wasn’t written all over to make them realize that it was fragile then that might be the issue. In the past when I’ve had stuff sent to me, it’s been very tight fitted and it has always been mailed in a couple of boxes inside each other.. I’ve never seen pieces bust up that small, But I haven’t received any kind of return label or anything back from support.

@setracy yes I did get a statement that stated it so I’m hoping that it’s refunded promptly it says allow 10 to 14 days. This is so sad because I really love the set. I looked at some of your stuff you had also because I planned on buying some more from you and it’s not you. It’s the actual person that delivered it. What do I do with the stuff I have.

@setracy hi I did get the email telling me that the refund would be done and told me to disregard the stuff. I’m just wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do with it. I can’t really keep it broken up and pieces however I am a no fault of yours I am not upset just disappointed because I definitely one of the items.. I hope you have a good day
