Hi Susan! Hi! I’m so so sorry, the dress is in fact new with the tags/never worn or even tried on! I bought it from a previous Posher and I never realized the zipper was detached at the bottom. So sorry again. 😥 If Poshmark can do a partial discount for the zipper that totally is fine, otherwise if you wish to send it back please do. Xo
