buddy808 @suzannahragen So nice to meet you, and thanks for reaching out to me. I have a few questions. When someone lists 3 pairs of shorts in one listing and says that they are "bundled" and the price is $25, does that mean that each pair of shorts is 25 with whatever percentage off and you have to buy all 3(so in effect the seller is trying to push all 3 pairs at once with a slight discount, or does it mean that all 3 are for 25? I doubt the latter of the two!

buddy808 @suzannahragen Secondly, the seller fails to ship the item within 7 days and does not reply to my messages, but has been active online. Am I justified in cancelling the transaction?Is that what the seller really wants but is doing in a passive way?

suzannahragen @buddy808 It means you get 3 for $25! It is winter so nobody is buying shorts besides you and I see you are buying lots and getting good deals.😊Offering items in a bundle saves the customer shipping costs.

suzannahragen @buddy808 Yes! You can def cancel, especially if the seller is ignoring you. The seller knows they made a sale and if the seller doesn't ship the item, Poshmark sends messages reminding the seller to ship and asking when the seller intends to ship. Maybe the seller can't find it or it's damaged or the seller just changed their mind, but there is no excuse for not communicating with you! Can you find the same item from another seller?

buddy808 @suzannahragen Thank you, I really like them very much. I have a pair in yellow and I love them. They are not so easy to find now. I appreciate you answering my questions. Suzanna, it is not as if I really need that particular item. I can always find something else that I want. I work 6 says a week and it is so hot here in Hawaii and I wear shorts at work and I hate to do laundry.
