Maybe the PO is overwhelmed w/ holiday volume, tho it doesn’t excuse mishandling a Priority Mail pkg clearly marked Handle With Care. Was it 1 of the bowls? I’d be happy to message if i find another. Have you reached out to PM? Maybe they’ll refund part of your pymt. I feel awful that you didn’t get them in perfect condition. I know how disappointing that is.🙁

Iwas in shock when I started to list& didn't think to put pit to pit, shoulder to hem, etc. sizes (just overwhelmed with my loss) To haul out now would be a bit much for this stressed out guy.
