soozethe1 Hi The bag looked really beautiful and like it was in pristine condition from the photos you posted. However once I received it and upon inspection I noticed there were marks on several areas on the bag that were pretty noticeable. I was going to give it to my granddaughter for a Christmas present but I know she won't like it because of the marks. So Sorry but I'm requesting to return it and asking for a refund. Sorry it didn't work out Thank you
