Hi, i would like to know what was wrong with the package i sent you ? The face mask was a gift it had nothing to do with you purchase. The pandora safety chain i sent it in a little plastic bag and it was inside de package.

I didn’t mean to complain but on my phone could not see any other way. The mak is super cute, but we couldn’t find the chain. I’ll have my husband look again. I’m not home. And if so, I’ll reverse the post and post a rebuttal for everyone to see.

So he found it! Sorry. It was stuck in the bottom..to the package so it didn’t come out. So sorry. It’s just been a bad week and I didn’t search well I guess. Let me make a post.

@marietati1097 I just re-submitted the claim cancellation request. I had a message that they got my request bu I still haven’t heard anything and still cannot pay, so I submitted again with the title 2nd Try at This. Just wanted you to know I am continuing to follow up.
