urbanlotus Wow...I used a lint remover and sprayed the top with Febreze One FOR CLEANLINESS like I have done with every item I’ve sold. 80-something sales and no one has ever complained about it. You would think a fellow seller wouldn’t be so ridiculously critical. I should have known when you asked if it was washed when the description said NEW, smh.

antiqueheart @urbanlotus I am not trying to be difficult. I specifically asked if it had been waged because laundry soap fragrance is next to impossible to remove and as it was a gift for someone with fragrance allergies, I was being thoughtful. Didn’t think to ask whether it had been sprayed by Febreze since it was advertised as NEW. It’s a shame that you seek to insult me rather than be sensitive to constructive criticism.

rustyl Hi. I’m truly sorry that the Fly London shoes you purchased did not meet your size expectations. I thought I had the size correct but will take your word they are not true to size. I only wish you would have not accepted them and we could have worked through the PM return process. antiqueheart @catwitch666 hi! I’m surprised that you blocked me simply because I gave you a 4 out of 5 star rating which is still very good. Facts: I paid a nice sum for a used jacket which initially had a strong mold/basement odor that was reduced with airing outside, as well as interior pilling that I didn’t even mention in the original rating. I was being generous. I suggest that you do the same for your customers. Good day.
