jackelynhyland Hi Susan! I dropped your hat off at the post office yesterday so I’m really concerned that it hasn’t started tracking! I’m going to go down there tomorrow and double check what’s going on!

jackelynhyland @skey1981 I Will definitely keep you posted! I also reported it to posh Mark so I might hear something back from them tomorrow as well but I will keep you in the loop, so sorry for the delay I’ve never had this issue before. But I promise to get it squared away for you 🥰

jackelynhyland @skey1981 Poshmark responded and they want me to contact them if the item is not scanned in for tracking by Wednesday the 26th! I’m going to the post office today and try to see if they misplaced the item!

jackelynhyland @skey1981 so I called USPS and I opened up a ticket with them on the issue! They said I should hear back from a representative within 2 to 3 business days Monday through Friday! So if the item doesn’t get scanned in before I get an update I will keep you in the loop!
