Susan, instead of giving me a bad rating, I truly wish you would had just reached out to me with your concern. I would have refunded your money in a heartbeat, no questions asked! I listed the color as pink because that is how my harley Davidson receipt listed the item. It is very important to me that my buyers are happy but I cannot fix a issue or concern, if you don't let me know. Sorry your not happy with the pin. I'm not sure how to refund, since you accepted item. Sorry Tina

@tinacrooks Tina, I understand where you're coming from but you even stated in the description that it may look red in the pics but its pink. Clearly it is not pink, that was the reason for the lack of one star.
