sallystargell Hello, I am sorry you were unhappy with your bag, if you look up the number of the bag you will see it does not have a Coach Plack, I am not sure why but this is how they made them, I am so sorry it does not have one and as far as the packaging, I am not sure why you accepted this and did not return the bag I know I would of if I was unhappy. Maybe there would be a way to contact Poshmark and see if a return would be in order. Once again , my apologies.

sk51912 It’s okay, I really like the bag and don’t mean to complain, I was just surprised that this bag does not have the usual Coach label in other interior lining like mist Coach bags do. The packaging probably just got torn up in shipping.
