@heyjennmarie I originally checked 4 stars and tried to hit send. I then got a message that said I must pick at least one of the above items to justify my rating. I was happy with your service! I went back and checked 5 stars and then the system allowed me to submit w/o checking one of the items for what you could improve. I'm sorry, I just wasn't sure what to do when it said I had to check a box...
