lranders1 @scaldwell910 hi there! I purchased an Away Suitcase from you last summer. I noticed the zipper is coming away from the bag. I’m hoping to have Away repair it but it requires a receipt for repair. By chance do you have the receipt and could I have a copy? I would definitely appreciate it as I’m not sure how else to repair the bag. Thank you very much! -Lindsey

lranders1 @scaldwell910 thank you so much for trying! I emailed Away and they asked for 2 items - I may have shared this bag was a gift so that I could still claim the warranty. Sorry! I hope that’s ok! Would you be willing to share the name and email of the person who originally purchased the luggage (I imagine it could have been you)? I apologize for any inconvenience. I’m going to ask Away if they will change the bag owner to me moving forward. Thank you so much!
