@bboopers54 to be honest, I intended to reach out PM for a return. One set of pajamas did not include the pants and it seems the "faux coat" is not an authentic item.

I am glad to connect with you. It is the strangest thing, the jacket is unfinished - the sleeves, pockets and bottom are simply cut with scissors. Along with it not being lined like most BooHoo jackets/Coats. The lapel is stitched together, two pieces of fabric that is split open - without being finished. I felt I offered a very fair price and something is truly wrong...

@andie5433 I have a green jacket just like the one that I sold to you and it is in perfect shape because it’s never been worn it was sealed in the package it wasn’t homemade I bought it from a reputable store. So I don’t really understand what you are talking about. It’s not the highest end of clothing but it’s not the cheapest scent of clothing either that’s why I am able to sell at a decent price.

And as far as the pants are concerned for the
Pajamas you still haven’t told me which pair you’re talking about I took them out of the package put them into another package and as far as I know they were both complete because they’re brand new and that’s how they came from the store

I am a five star seller ever since I’ve been on posh Mark and really pride myself on selling quality items. I have never had anyone complain about the clothing. That’s why I’m so confused when you said it was homemade that really threw me off.

Not sure how to respond. There are many, many samples of this brands' coats/jackets to compare it to if you don't have something. Raw scissor cut sleeves/bottom/pockets in simply not the norm. Possibly this was packaged in a warehouse before being finished. The blue pants were the ones missing, which I mentioned above. Are you willing to accept a return?

I really do understand, I've never complained about anything I've received, so I am in a similar boat and feel terrible. I think if you have the green one you may be able to see if it matches my description or if this item is simply defective. I'm truly sorry the item looks this way - I know homemade is so odd, but that is an accurate description for the quality. It just does not match the brand... certainly not your fault if you bought them from a store and it wasn't something you wear/wore.

When I get home tonight I will look at the other coat to see if it matches your description and for whatever reason I know the password with the pajamas what happened between my house and your house I have no idea.

Well, the box was very beat up and errors do happen. But, for $140, with the jacket and no pants, I do wish to request a return. I am not sure what PM is willing to do, I purchase quite a bit. I will absolutely wait to hear from you before I do anything/send the photos. etc etc. Thank you for your consideration

@andie5433 I know for a fact that the items I sent you we’re all brand new from where I purchased them from never been tried on never been worn. And asked for homemade never ever have I sold anything that was homemade I’ll purchased through a legitimate vendors

That $140 that you spent was a very very good price and very close to what I paid for all three items. So in my mind you’ve got a great deal. Sometimes people change their minds when they receive their product but posh Mark does not return product for that reason. Nor do they take back items fit issues. My items when I sent you were all in good shape new packaged properly and complete.

Thank you for letting me know. The order wasn't complete, I'm afraid. And I would be happy to keep the item if it were not a piece of material, unlined, unfinished, barely stitched together, and not at all what any legitimate coat/duster would look like. It seems you purchased a counterfeit item from your vendor(s) in this case. Homemade is a description for a counterfeit, subpar, knock-off item. Not a literal statement.

Because Poshmark takes a 12% fee from each sale this will be my final markdown. I try to price my items competitive/LOWER than other closets and at a fair price according to its condition and brand.
