rlh709 @susanhelene I think since you accepted the order the Poshmark support team isn’t as responsive. Why don’t you ship it back to me and I’ll just refund you in full plus shipping to a ven mo account right away (once you inform me of how much shipping was. No need to do rush shipping, the most economical is fine).

susanhelene @rlh709 I’ve been in contact with Poshmark since the day I received the order. I am still waiting for specific direction. I recall reading at some point that transactions outside of Poshmark are forbidden, so it appears we will both have to wait until they respond to me with directions. However, I will be unavailable from Friday until next Wednesday 10/10 at the earliest to physically ship the return, but in the meantime I can, of course, check email and respond if necessary.

rlh709 @susanhelene transactions outside of poshmark aren’t forbidden but they are not recommended bc they can’t protect us against scammers. I completely understand you wanting to get resolution the right procedural way. I will wait for poshmark to respond as well. We will keep in touch and I’ll work with you immediately on resolution.

rlh709 This was a very special dress to me- I wore it for my legal wedding ceremony and only one or two times apart from that. I had no idea the dress had any issues but it’s my fault for not closely verifying.
