I had no idea and take pride in selling a good product. I sometimes sell other items for friends and these weren’t pre owned by me. It’s my fault for not inspecting them better. For that I apologize. You had an opportunity to return them with your money back had you reported it and I would’ve absolutely accepted the return without any issue. Not giving me the opportunity to rectify the matter and just giving me a poor rating is on you. I wish you well

@sed4011 The boots were worn one time, meaning they're still somewhat new, they had 0 marks in the material, it's suede. You got $130 boots for $20. I find that a little odd.

@blushhboutique never said the mark was in the suede, but on the heel. Which was not depicted in any of the photos or disclosed in the description. That’s more calculated than odd. Just my opinion.
