ilj7857 I have sent the request again and the pics I’m trying to resolve this problem but I’m being told basically it’s too bad. If I have to I will repost as is to all to show how Posh is allowing defective product to be sold. It’s in everyone’s best interest to fix this problem. suzizapf @ilj7857 First of all, I am working on it. As you well know Poshmark does not have a one 800 number. I have emailed them and they said they will get back to me I have not heard back yet. I will be glad to take the skates back. I was unaware there was a problem. I’m sure that a shoe repair shop can put the proper glue on it and fix them. Apparently someone tried to fix them themselves.

ilj7857 I am not going to pay more money for a defective product. You can do that. That’s exactly what it looks like was already done. I sent you pictures, I reached out to Posh, and I reached out to you to resolve this. It now lies in your hands to get this done. I can always reposh it as is and you can purchase them back. Maybe that will be the fastest way to get this resolved.

ilj7857 Ok it’s Friday and I have not received a response from you or Posh. I will be posting the skates tonight with all defective issues revealed and hope that someone with glue will purchase them. Right now I am losing $62 so $12 loss is acceptable for me just to get rid of these defective skates you sold. It’s up to you whether or not we move forward without Posh help.

ilj7857 Rude is selling a defective product. Have it your way. I am no longer going to try to negotiate. I paid $62 with shipping. I will post them for $50....it’s up to you to buy them and end this issue or deal with the repercussions. I’m not waiting for Posh. I showed you that I made the claim. Evidently their system is not working. I’m done being cordial and nice.

ilj7857 That where I went the three times I enter my claim. After going into that section it gives you choices to pick from. The only option that let me open was to contact Posh support. So I did. So why they are saying I didn’t make a claim I don’t know. I do not see a place where we contact each other. So I’m back to square one.

Each time the buyer immediately put in the claim they notified me immediately that there was a claim opened I went in and I commented in reply and they immediately sent a refund. I have never gotten a claim opened from your aspect at all so for some reason they are not getting it

You can repurchase them and glue them yourself. After I am finished getting rid of these skates I will no longer deal with Posh.

I didn’t sell them then claim ignorance to the defective skates. I was honest. I have bought other items from Posh and never had any problems nor reason to return them. Have a good day.

As you can tell I looked then at the size and it's like a 42 to a 44 or 46 so that is why I didn't except the offer in the beginning!
