Hi Susan, did you see my reply back to you yesterday to let you know that I don't have your email and that we could chat on the posting you made to me. I'm sorry you were not happy with the jacket. I'm usually pretty sensitive to smells but didn't catch it--not to say that it wasn't there, but just that I didn't notice it. You may still be able to open a case so you can return it. Check into it. I don't want you to feel stuck with it.

@findurstyle I am not sure if they will let me return it. It really smells around the collar. I can try washing it again with a different detergent. The detergent I have is free and clear of dye and smells

You might also try adding vinegar to the water. I'm not sure of the ratio for a load, but I've heard that often works. Maybe google it. Here's one link.
