aussumk9sdt @klosetklearance Hi MJ! Sorry I missed your question before. Maybe I’m off, but I believe in giving 4 stars for most transactions. Items that are shipped in a timely manner & arrive in good condition. No need to improve necessarily. Sellers that will receive 5 stars from me will ship super quick, arrive fast, & show up in excellent condition. Perhaps there is no perfect answer since everything is left up to perception. Thank you for being a good seller!
