smashburn49 When I asked if this was kind of like velvet, you said no. It is! I live in Florida, so this fabric limits when I can wear it! Don't get me wrong, I love the top, but that is why I only have you a 4. I sell on eBay, so I definitely understand how the ratings work. Your packaging was awesome.
