kjudy874 @susanlegge2002 absolutely. This has never happened to me. I can’t understand why the seller refuses to cancel. I notified PM about this and the terrible comment made to you. Shameful. kjudy874 @susanlegge2002 Hi the seller will not cancel and she blocked me. The purchase says “awaiting shipment”. PM said they cancelled order but I don’t see the cancel or my refund do I just replied back to PM. I have had buyers cancel from me and I always accommodate. I don’t know why this seller is responding in this way. 🤔🤔

ney7kline It really wasn’t an “Honest Mistake.” If something is NEW, it shouldn’t be opened to check for “Dryness” or do a Mascara Hack .

ney7kline @susanlegge2002 - You received a Full Refund, right? You stated that you didn’t want anything for FREE & that You wanted a partial refund. When I offered you a partial refund, you stated that you wanted to see what Poshmark would do because you don’t think that PoshMark offers partial refunds. The end result is that I’m out $24 because 3 small mascaras were dry.

ney7kline @susanlegge2002 - When someone returns makeup to a department store, the department store throws the product away. Makeup is not a product that is returnable. That is why I suggested that you keep it. BUT, you stated that you would accept a Partial refund, so I agreed. It’s only $24.00. I can afford it and am not in the business of selling makeup.

susanlegge2002 @ney7kline I don't receive any refund until the product is shipped back to you. This is really a lot of fuss over 40 bucks. I spend at least 1K a month on PM and I've never had this happen either. I thought posh would ask you to issue a partial refund and release the funds. Please ask them to do that. I only opened to see the tips of the mascara. If I pay you outside of PM then it violates there policy and then I'd be paying twice. Please ask Posh to issue partial refund. :)

ney7kline @susanlegge2002 I’m someone who learns from other people’s mistakes. My sister-in-law is a makeup artist and was a manager for a swanky department store. She told me that she didn’t accept returns when someone wanted to return makeup cuz it came out of their commission. I told this to a friend of mine. The following day someone complained to her boss cuz she refused to give a refund for makeup. She got a Warning & blamed me cuz she thought the timing was too co-incidental

ney7kline @susanlegge2002 When someone opens a claim, PoshMark sides with the buyer or seller. In this case it was you. When I first started selling on PoshMark in 2016, someone filed a claim stating that the STUD earrings that I shipped to her arrived damaged. She lost the claim. The buyer fessed up that she didn’t know that the earrings that she purchased from me were STUD earrings. Because she was honest with me, I issued her a $15.00 refund.
