eliserosato Hi Susan, I just received the boots. They are labeled 5.5M in shoe and in your post they are 5.5 under women. I am a constant size USA Women’s 6. These boots are GIANT on me, where typically I would feel comfortably fit with more tightness in a women’s 5.5. I am beginning to think these are not women’s boots but mens. I buy a lot of shoes, and I have never in my life tried on a 5.5 that felt like an 8.

eliserosato Hi Susan, had to write an additional post because I ran out of characters. So, if you could please advise me on this dilemma. I would be more than happy to put them on, send you a photo or video, also measure the shoe and then compare to a regular 5.5 women’s shoe size. These are like 2-3 sizes up from a 5.5 Womans.

eliserosato Susan, I went onto timberland.com and asked virtual chat the comparable size to a woman’s. And her answer was a 7.5. I have a picture of the chat online with timberland. I don’t think though I can post pictures on this feed. I would be more than happy to send it to you or let me know how to get it to you. This boot is a men’s size 5.5M.

eliserosato Hi Susan, have had a rough few weeks due to family/Covid. Back on this, I selected the order and it is Requiring me to write this purchase first before I can go and put in problem order. I don’t wanna put in a five star in case then they asked me why I put that in, so I’m gonna put a one star, but once this is all done I will go back in and change it to a five to not mess up anything on your end.
