I bought a longbo mens watch from you in Nov. well Nov 14, 2019, and had it until Christmas morning when hubby opened it up. we noticed the clasp to close is very loose and pops off any minimal movement, there was no battery, no instruction manual in order to set the other dials on the face of the watch and the dial to set the time is extremely wobbly and loose. is there any way we can exchange this watch for one of the others that you may have in your stock? . thank you
