susanvieaux21 @wendyzeee Wendy yours is one box that is damaged I'm looking at the postpaid package priority mail that you sent me there is a big punched hole in the side of the box and there is nothing in it I took it to the mail post office and they told me I should notify you to see if you had insurance on it was this a Dooney & Bourke bag please reply I'm very upset

wendyzeee @susanvieaux21 I have no idea what you are talking about. I sent it out in a brand new box and it was the green Dooney and Bourke purse that you ordered from me. Please contact Poshmark and open a claim. I am also very upset because now it appears that I’m not going to get any money for the purse that I sent out. I have never ever had a problem with anything not getting there in one piece so this is very odd to me.

wendyzeee @susanvieaux21 of course I didn’t have insurance on it. It was only at $24 bag! It was not a Louis Vuitton bag or there would have been insurance on it. I am very upset and you are going to have to open up a case with Poshmark. Like I said this has never happened to me before and I don’t know what is going on.

susanvieaux21 @wendyzeee it was in a brand new priority mail box but there was a hole punched in the side of it and nothing inside the Box I don't remember what color purse I ordered from you could you please tell me about it thank you I too am very upset I received another box from another woman with a Dooney & Bourke bag in it and it was absolutely destroyed with nothing in it it has she had tape around it from the post office saying received damaged condition

wendyzeee @susanvieaux21 I don’t know what is going on because I have never had this happen before. It was a brand new box and I taped it up well and there should be no reason why it didn’t get there in one piece.

susanvieaux21 @wendyzeee it got here with a big hole in the side of the box like somebody kicked it or punched it in and took what was ever inside I will contact Poshmark and start a claim how much do you think the purse was worth how old was it was it authentic what kind of material was it made of I know they're going to ask these questions and I don't remember what I ordered from you I do order a lot

wendyzeee @susanvieaux21 It was a green Dooney and Bourke wavy leather purse. I know I paid $100 for it on sale and I sold it to you for $24. All I know is I better get some money out of there so I’m going to be really upset and I will probably quit Poshmark. This is never happened to me before and I don’t know where you live but maybe somebody stole them

wendyzeee I guess I am very confused because you have two profiles and you have no comments under either of them. Don’t you review peoples items? I don’t know but I smell something fishy here and I’m going to email Poshmark about that as well. I feel as though I got scammed.

susanvieaux21 @wendyzeee what do you mean I have two profiles I've hardly ever ordered from Poshmark and the few things I did I never had a problem either I got a beautiful Michael Kors purse today in perfect condition the box was but like I said the two boxes I got the other day we're both damaged severely one even had United States Post Office tape on it saying that it was damaged very very strange and confusing to me but I am going to contact Poshmark

susanvieaux21 @wendyzeee I live in a very nice small Beach Community we have very little crime but I'm not saying it doesn't happen I don't know where the Box got damaged I doubt if it got damaged on my property because I have personal guard dogs guarding my self and my property I doubt if anybody would take that chance I pray you do not feel that you got scammed I thought all packages are insured for $100 we will get you your money
