aceandyeg Hi Susan! I dropped off your package with Canada Post with another parcel, and the other shows as tracking but yours still shows as “awaiting departure scan”. If it doesn’t show up as tracking by end of day tomorrow, I will call my post office to find out what’s going on! Sorry about that.

suek1030 @kcolbscloset hi!! I think something is wrong with the shipment- it shows when I track it that it was processed on November 18th, but hasn’t even left the post office. I tried to find out from Canada post what was up, they said ‘sometimes delays happen’ but I think it’s super strange that it hasn’t moved or been scanned since the 18th. :( if it doesn’t move in the next couple days would you mind looking into it for me? Sorry for the inconvenience:(

The other Poshmark parcel I dropped off at the post office at the same time (also traveling one province over) was delivered within three days so it’s very strange. I see that “expected delivery” for your parcel is today, so will follow up tomorrow if nothing changes. Thanks for reaching out!
