velewis823 Hi Susan, I just received my necklace and when I went to try it on the metal clasp broke. I’d like to wear this to a wedding next Saturday but not sure what can be done. How can I sent you a photo to show you the broken piece?

velewis823 @lighthousesusan I contacted support to get direction. To confirm, this is a one of a kind and can not be fixed right? I asked as to whether I should accept (given the circumstances) since I don’t really know as it my first purchase on here.
