red_carpet4u Hi Jessilou. I currently don't have active Facebook account. Later this afternoon, I did however email Poshmark Customer Service Support to resolve issue to release money as I cannot find any button to update payment. FYI ... I am also new Poshmark customer. But I know with past Poshmark Sellers .... once I agree "Accept" Sellers counter offer then payment is immediately released. Please note it will take up to 24 hours for Poshmark Customer Service Support to follow up with my request.

cream_boutique Hi Susan, I read your rating and I’m a little disappointed because no where in the description does it say the loafers are brand new and never worn. So if you gave me a 3 star based on information you thought I gave then it’s slightly inaccurate. If you were aware that the shoes were not brand new and gently worn perhaps your expectation would represent a different rating.

cream_boutique Pictures only do so much to show the buyer, but I try to be accurate by showing exactly what the shoe looks like using a macro lens I paid over $500 for. Your rating makes it look like I am misleading when I certainly am not. Buyers should not be allowed to just write whatever they want. If you could post a screen shot of where I claim that they are brand new and never worn I’d like to see it.

cream_boutique Keep in mind sellers rely on their ratings so when you lie in your statements all my other customers will assume that I am not being honest. If the item is new I will claim it to be. Items on here should be assumed to be used unless stated otherwise.

cream_boutique Poshmark will gladly allow you to return an item that was not accurate described. You could have easily used your excuse to return the item, but again, I do not claim they are brand new and never worn in which case they would probably not validate your claim. I would be happy to return your item though, and return you as a customer. Please don’t go around lying or making false claims to satisfy your own buying mistakes.

cream_boutique I am not sure why you are able to be so inaccurate in what you read. I never claimed I purchased the shoe for $500. I said I used a $500 lens for my digital SLR camera to take a picture of the shoe so they could be accurately represented in pictures. You wrote an entire diatribe based on this again inaccurate info. Please re read the comment and tell me where I said I paid $500 for the shoe. Why would you write that in my comment area for people to read?

cream_boutique Again another lie. Perhaps you should have corrected yourself by saying you Mis read the original description and stated the wrong information. My issue is that you have twice made false claims and it’s really disappointing that sellers have to be subject to lies of buyers.

cream_boutique I am fine with the 3 star rating based on the condition of what you may have expected. However I don’t accept that you are able to put in my rating comment area LIES where I can’t defend. Instead of admitting fault your justifying either your inability to read properly or your inability to be honest. It’s very frustrating.
